[Eddie's face fills the screen for a moment before he pulls the device back, giving the viewer a clear shot of the word "SUCCORIA" on his t-shirt, as well as a badge that reads "Ironheade" in bold white letters against a black background, and above it is a sword pointing down into a pattern of rocks similar to Stonehenge. The badge itself is dangling from a lanyard, and is intertwined with a rather large fang dangling from a black cord draped around Eddie's neck.]

Right, cool. So they brought me up to speed on the kinda shit you guys have been dealing with. The good news? I'm throwing my hat in the ring with you guys. Name's Eddie, Eddie Riggs. I'm a roadie. If you're wondering what the bad news is, well, the bad news is they didn't bring the rest of the army with me, but don't you guys worry about that!

Trust me, we'll have this under control in no time, we just need some good music, scrap metal, and some willing hands to help me work on some projects once I got my shit in order over here.

[While he waits for people to chime in, he's going to alternate between reading his tour book, tuning his guitar, and looking over the edges of his battle axe.]

That's what the demons called their army. There were three different armies in the war I came from. Ironheade, which is the one I served in. The Tainted Coil, led by Doviculus, and then... The Drowning Doom.

[bratworth]

Right. [ Give him a moment to try and get all this straight. ] So, you're saying that while ordinarily in your reality you work alongside some musicians, but you travelled back into the past and served as part of this... Iron Head?

Yeah, that's about right. Got an awesome battle axe and started shooting lightning at demons. It was pretty awesome.

[bratworth]

[ What is this man's life. ]

How did you 'shoot lightning' at them?

[Eddie chooses to demonstrate, rather than explain. Fortunately, he's outside and relatively isolated. On command, lightning begins striking around him while he lays out some sweet chords.]

[ After a moment of surprise that plainly crosses his features, Edgeworth does his best to school them back into their usual glare. ]

Magic, I presume. [ His tone? Disdainful. ] Or is there another, more reasonable, explanation?

It's just the power of Metal, dude. Where I come from, music can do awesome shit like that.

[ Every time Edgeworth feels like he's finally understood something, it just keeps on getting more and more ridiculous. ]
