[Eddie's face fills the screen for a moment before he pulls the device back, giving the viewer a clear shot of the word "SUCCORIA" on his t-shirt, as well as a badge that reads "Ironheade" in bold white letters against a black background, and above it is a sword pointing down into a pattern of rocks similar to Stonehenge. The badge itself is dangling from a lanyard, and is intertwined with a rather large fang dangling from a black cord draped around Eddie's neck.]

Right, cool. So they brought me up to speed on the kinda shit you guys have been dealing with. The good news? I'm throwing my hat in the ring with you guys. Name's Eddie, Eddie Riggs. I'm a roadie. If you're wondering what the bad news is, well, the bad news is they didn't bring the rest of the army with me, but don't you guys worry about that!

Trust me, we'll have this under control in no time, we just need some good music, scrap metal, and some willing hands to help me work on some projects once I got my shit in order over here.

So what do you say, guys? How about we give this rebellion a bit more Rock?

[While he waits for people to chime in, he's going to alternate between reading his tour book, tuning his guitar, and looking over the edges of his battle axe.]

I fail to see how music is going to help aid a rebellion unless it's being used to lift spirits.

See, that's the beauty of it. Where I come from, we could use music to do awesome things like shoot lightning bolts and light people on fire.

Besides, I got just the thing for lifting spirits when a fight breaks out. I mean... I can't really do that stuff inside, I don't think my new room mates would appreciate finding something in the apartment on fire.

Sounds neat. I knew this guy back home that could do something similar. He was kind of a pain in the ass though.

It was a vocal thing. I think different pitches and sound combinations were what allowed him to use such powers.

Nice, nice. The shit I can do is from the world I came from. The Titans left behind secrets of Heavy Metal that I eventually figured out, and now my guitar can do all sorts of crazy stuff. It used to be just a regular old guitar before that.

Titans? Huh, interesting.

Yeah, sorta like the Norse gods except a lot more metal.

Oh, I know what the Titans are. Or a version of them I guess. These involved less metal.

Did your Titans take body parts from a gigantic god beast made of fire and use them to make awesome cars?

I...nooooo.

And as far as I know they're simply legend. [Legend based in fact of course but by now they're long gone.]

Roadies are usually just supposed to tour with bands. We're the guys who clean up the stage, tune the instruments, make sure the band has whatever they need to do what they do.

I just handle the organization, I'm no leader.

I have to admit as a species we tend to stand out. We are not known for subtlety.

That's a roadie's philosophy, yeah. We only appear somewhere when we're needed, and before you know it, we're gone.

Man, it would have been useful to have someone who could fly and breathe fire when we were fighting the Drowning Doom. Maybe I can build something like that here...

Can you build flying machines of your own? The last time we clashed with the United Earth, they had such devices in great numbers.

Give me time and materials, I can make it happen. I had a reputation for being the best roadie in the business. I can build or fix damn near anything.

I didn't really have parts to put together any airborne vehicles before, but I didn't need to back then.

Well this is no longer the case. I am confident that I can defeat any one of their flying machines, but against an army of them there is little I can do.
