[ Castiel is making another one of his rare public appearances on the network, having few topics he is willing to discuss that would be appropriate for public consumption.  But the topic was one that needed to be urgently discussed -- a warning of a new threat when the Initiative was already at their weakest. ] 

Some of you may be aware of a... middle-aged man bearing a white bastard sword from his correspondence last night.  This man is not as harmless as outer appearances may lead one to believe.

He is an angel, and his real name is Lucifer.  This name may or may not be familiar to you, but he is known by many names.  Beelzebub, Satan, the Devil...  Lucifer is not to be trusted -- he is powerful, he is driven by vengeance and hate... and his merciless disregard for human life is unmatched.  He is not to be trifled with.

I don't know what the Initiative was thinking bringing him here.  But you must all of you be on your guard.

Nor do we have any proof that he exists in my world. Your world is different. Therefore, that is moot point.

Here, he is not a fable. That much is obvious.

The point is that Lucifer's existence being fact is, on the contrary, not fact in my world. Therefore, as of my world, I do not simply believe he is a fable. He is a fable.

As a result, can you blame me for considering him as the fabled Lucifer? I think not.
