I'd like to start an army, or something like it. I know we barely know each other, and I'm sure some of you prefer to work alone, but I feel like we could work together on this.

If this works, we can come of with something more planned and our efforts won't be as scattered.

I know, but during the bombs there was barely any planning. It just happened, and we had to defend ourselves. If we had something more organized, don't you think it would have been over even faster?

...That probably sounds like a stupid question, but you have to realize that half of these people are just as quick to march on the Initiative for putting us here in the first place, as the others are to actually fight for them.

Teamwork is good in theory, but I think it might be easier said than done. I don't want to rain on your parade at all, I'm just curious if you've got a plan for the difficulties in raising an army.

I do. I was thinking it would be easier to have separate groups of people with their own leader, depending on their skills. That way, it would be easier to collaborate.

I have to say, I was ill-impressed with the performance from everyone. I've no interest per se in joining any sort of army, but how exactly do you plan to organize everyone better than the Initiative?

They have us all working separately, don't they? They expect us to know what to do right away. If we're all able to put our heads together and figure it out, it would be less difficult.

The problem with organization is that there are few in this group of Transports that want to work in teams unless it is those from their homelands. I am hoping that this will provide the push to make the thicker heads realize how dumb they are, but I doubt it.
