Yes, now. I have a question for all of you, and it's... rather important.

[ He then holds up a drawn image of this symbol. ]

Have any of you seen any creatures bearing this symbol? Or any black, ink-like creatures with bright, yellow eyes? I need to know if you have. Because if you haven't, it confirms my theory about this world, from everything I've learned over the last few weeks.

As bad as the Initiative are, I really don't think the United Earth government would be any better. We can't afford to make enemies out of the only real allies we have here.
