Judging from some of the chatter on the Network, those monsters weren't anything some hadn't ever seen before. I gotta admit when I heard about them I was thinking more along the lines of Killer Croc myself, not-- [ a thoughtful pause. ] I'm not sure what it was supposed to be.

[ And there's another quick pause. ]

Alternate worlds are another thing people may be used to here, am I right? Those Initiative guys didn't mention it, but it was printed in that guide... Anyway, doesn't hurt to ask if anyone here might be familiar with Gotham City. [ Because she needs to know just how many variations are out there. Damn multiverse. ]

Going on nine months now.

At first research. Investigation. Looking for ways home.

Now I mostly drink.

Origin points, any connections, what little I managed to find or obtain from the Initiative, history of this place, on other Imports.

There is no way home.

Figured there wasn't any guarantee from the Initiative about a trip back.

They promise it, but we have no proof that that is what happens when people leave.

What do others think about it? Nobody attempts to take control of the transporter?

There was an assassination early on, a few attempts to get close to the transporter, but we haven't had much luck.
