I’m not. It looked real and I thought I was home, too. But everyone was different. They all attacked us for training.

No. It was a mistake. You weren't supposed to be there.

[hornedomen]

None of us was supposed to be there. The machine was broken. It happened in everyone’s world.

That. Doesn't matter. The rest doesn't matter. I was home.

[hornedomen]

[It was frustrating to repeat this but he managed to keep an even tone.]

But it wasn’t your home. Haven’t you noticed it was strange? Even before I came, it was strange, wasn’t it?

then, numbly, hardly paying attention as to whether he's saying it aloud or just thinking it:] She just. Thought you were one of them. There aren't people out there. On the hunt. That's all. It was a mistake.

[He wanted to say that she was not real, but it would only start the same argument again.]

You’re like her, aren’t you? Is she your sister?

[barely audible:] Yes.

[hornedomen]

And the other one, is he related too?

[Ico looked distant because he was thinking.]

[So Martin was like them and Ico assumed he could fight. Yet that brought up a far more important question.]
