I'm starting to think I'm the only one coming up with resolutions for the New Year, around here...

If you hear anyone singing off-tune in the next few days, I'm sorry. From the looks of it, my best friend started giving out caroling lessons, even if he knows he's tone-deaf.

Just throw a snowball at his head, he'll knock it off.

Fair enough. Though you should know he might be complaining about bruises or being tied up by this time tomorrow if he does chase me. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

No. Nothing changes just because the year does. I've still got the same goals as when I got here.

That's probably the most logical way to look at it.

It makes more sense than coming up with a new goal just because it's the new year. If you need that kind of reason to do something, you shouldn't be doing it at all.

I don't think so.
I think if you need a reason, and it helps, it's worthwhile.
Some people might not be strong enough to have a goal on their own, much less tell anyone it without having some sort of excuse.
