question for those of you who are coming to earth OR have already come to earth!

because i'm curious: what are you most excited to do when you get back down OR what was the very first thing you did when you came back that you couldn't do on the moon :)

want to log it or do it here? :3

hold on

[The video feed clicks on. Joy has it pointed out at the snow, revealing an area very close to the drop-off point from the moon.]

Does that help? [-- spoken from behind the camera.]

[Joy turns to face the voice, and unlike Ahiru, she does pause for a moment at her appearance. Not so much that she's a human, but that she looks young like her, and she's so cute! It's nice to find other kids stuck here.]

Um, heck yeah, I am! Thanks for comin' out. My name's Joy.

Er, well, tried to, at least.

[frowning sheepishly, she turns and stares at the ground. apparently an inconspicuous lump in the snow was her attempt as a snowman.]

It keeps meltin' in my paws...

Maybe...

[her spirits slump a little. it's not fair if only humans can do it...

dropping to her knees, she reaches out wide to scoop more snow back up onto the pile, and then attempts to mold it into a circle shape as if it were clay. her hands squeeze the snow a little bit too much.
]

....agh, see?! [sadwhine.]

[Joy watches very carefully, like a student listening to some mystical master sharing the secrets of the universe.]

Huh. Okay... [turning slightly to the side, she starts a new pile, trying to do it correctly.] ...Like this?

Ooh.

[Joy does the same, her enormous hand-paws actually doing a pretty good job of scooping the snow.]

...hey, it ain't so hard. [Grinning, she pats her little pile into a dome shape.] I guess snow is a lot different from sand, huh...
