I can't say for certain, but if they still intend to keep you in lock up it depends on what facilities the away team have found down on the surface. There's no guarantee the city is as it was.

I don't see why they should though, they could at least let you out on bail if you'd agree to honour it.

I'm saying bail's a middle ground with what is going on. It's not really the law I know, in my world anyway, but it's a damn sight better than keeping you locked up without charge.
