The Masked are probably in the hundreds but unless the UE's been working doubletime since we've been up here, there aren't nearly as many of the powered clones. I think they're harder for the UE to create.
Apartments are a good idea. A space of their own. If the Exiles are back, then I'm not sure that they'll be any happier to see the clones than they usually are to see us.
