Hi.

First things first this isnt going to be a lecture. Tensions are high enough and Ive barely been here long enough to have the whole history down yet. (Working on it) Besides, you've already herd plenty of it. So this isnt about that.

[ Not overtly, anyway. He's trying to do the "subtlety" thing. He's not taking notes or anything. ]

I'm Doug by the way. Mostly I'm trying to figure everything out still, you know. That sort of thing. I'm a curious and openminded sort of person wich is why I have some questions:

1. Whats your favorite thing about being here?
2. And least favorite thing?
3. If you had to make up 1 rule what would it be?
4. Why's the coffee so bad & Are there vending machines (where)?

Everybody! Hahah it might have been scary but the Initiative put up a barrier so we'd be safe. Only a few baby ones were able to get inside.

Oh...then thats not so bad. Unless those baby ones were the savage kind. Dinosaurs they can be small and deadly.

No they were cute! I know someone who even rode on one of them. Do you have an interest in dinosaurs?

I think it's waving but since they're made up anyway they can probably mean whatever you want.

Sort of. I'm not exactly an expert I just know most of them are bigger than us and could probably learn to open doors. [ ... This is not scientific. ] Did any of them have feathers?

We're really in trouble if they learn to open doors! (;╹⌓╹) And some did! I wanted to bring some back with me but mostly brought seashells instead.

Those are great too! Your son really knows what he's talking about :) In all honesty I didn't know about them at all until after I arrived here.

Thats for the best I think. Dinosaurs on the moon is probably not a great idea no matter how cute or feathery they are. Unless you can train them to attack zombies.

Hes great with computers. Better than me. I only use them at work mostly but I'm better at it thanks to him. Where do you learn these anyway??

That would be really convenient, right? You could ride on their backs to victory! — or something like that. It'd be a lot easier than fighting zombies yourself.

He must be really smart! Secretly, I'm not very good either; we don't have anything like these where I come from. I learned about these from friends I made here!

I know they give you weapons but I have the feeling allot of them aren't very useful when youre trapped in space. Guns? Awful idea. Dinosaurs at least least dont blow anything up.

You have a good head for them. I dont think Id remember anything to complicated.

Hahah that's true! But it might be difficult to find a good place to keep them.

Good point. I know I wouldnt want one sleeping under my bed, my roomate's cat gives me enough trouble as it is.

How do you even type stars? *^o^* Its like a clownface right?

Cats can be like that. Mine sleeps under there sometimes and sometimes I wake up with him sitting on my bed or chest, even though he should be too small to get up onto the beds.

Actually I'm not sure what it's supposed to be. Do you think it's a clown?

I wake up with her on my face it scared the hell out of me. Not just because I couldnt breathe but I thought I was being crushed to death the first time...never really had pets.

I cant tell but what else would have stars on their face but a clown?

That does sound scary! My sister likes cats so I'm used to having them around.

An alien?

No one in my familys ever wanted one. If my kids asked I might consider it but personaly Id suggest a dog.

You think so? That could be I guess aliens can look like anything.

You like dogs better?

Anything at all! And aliens from different worlds can look different too, so that's even more variety!

I never had a dog either but I think I would. Dogs you can train.

Was it an alien that invented that smiley face? Wouldnt surprise me.

That's a good point! And they're supposed to be really friendly and affectionate, so I can see how someone might like their company better too.

Hahaha maybe! I don't know who invented these actually.

Even better: Friendly to you and they can learn to keep anyone you dont want bothering you away.

Theyve been around awhile, maybe its a few people. Hell anyone can make one if you put enough letters together that it looks like a face.

Hahaha! That's a great idea. A pet like that could really come in handy.

That's true that's true. A friend of mine has talked about wanting to create a lot of brand new ones.

I think so! If I ever get one its high on the list. Big dog lots of teeth.

You're supposed to! I had to show a friend of mine a lot of cat emotes before he understood what they were supposed to be.

Cat emotes? Like pictures of cats? So if the normal faces arent enough you use cat faces too.
