It feels weird posting here after everything that has happened. The first day after I arrived, someone told me things weren't usually this hectic. And I doubt R.E.M envisioned zombies, grenades and mutinies when he wrote Man on the Moon.

But now I think I can suspend my disbelief and accept that I have been here before and can't remember a sodding thing about it. So, this is a re-introduction. My name is John Watson and I'm a doctor. I would like to help if I can and apologize to anyone I might have accidentally ignored.

No wings, halo, or harp, but you can cook. Okay. I am guessing that you look like a human even if don't have any typical angelic motifs.

[ surprisingly, john isn't having trouble accepting this. despite being borne out of desperation, he has believed in a higher power more than once before. ]

I'd say I look pretty human-ish. I'm on the small side. And I do have a form other than this one.

They really don't! I've been here almost a year and a half.

I think the records on our tablets go back to about two years ago, dno't quote me on it tho

as for my other form i can observe and aid humanity unseen as a noncorporeal collection of thoughts

but i prefer having legs and so on

I personally am actually only in my twenties by our reckoning, but I will live a very long time!

I'm a bit of an oddball among my kind for sure, for a lot of reasons. People don't really make cookies where I'm from. As for my English, I'm just adaptive like that. Plus it's fun!

Only 20? Wow. I suppose angels are much like us then... coming in all shapes and sizes, different flavours and all that.

There are many ways to live as there are people alive! That's how I like to think of it, at least.
