002 // Voice
[Cy's in pretty bad shape, even if it can't be seen it can definitely be heard. His voice is ragged, a growl to it as if he's trying to keep himself together.]
I know all of you... You're pr-- You're blood is pretty precious to you but... [He pauses, sucking in a pained breath so he can go on.]
I need to feed. If I don't... Well, it'll be bad. [He gives a bitter little laugh. Bad is an understatement here.]
Needs to be human. Can't...nothing else works.
[As if an afterthought.] Please.

[Walter may sound incredibly demanding and even a bit rude, but there's a specific line of thinking behind what he says. Furthermore, it follows a concern the others who responded-- including his own compatriot-- have apparently yet to properly address.]

Why?

[Imagine the disaster it could be if someone cut themselves on their weapon while at such close quarters.]

[Beating hearts aren't a big deal, his hearing isn't much better than a humans. But the smell of blood...yeah, that would set him off.]

And besides, it's a simple matter to get your room changed on the official records. Then you might possibly have a room all to yourself.

I suppose you're used to dealing with my kind?
no subject
[Traits recognizable enough that Walter already damn well knows he's a fledgling. Which is a large part of why he's so bloody insistent.]
no subject
May I ask how you're familiar with us?

[There's a certain amount of pride in his voice as he speaks of the organization. The flaws of their individual members aside, he actually respects the organization and the work it does.]
You might say I'm something of a vampire hunter, aside from my other duties. And yet I'm also used to working and living alongside a vampire. And yes, that does include the task of feeding him.

I see.

But, um, thanks. I guess it's good to have folks like you around.

I could definitely stand to box the ears of some of these Initiative people. They seem to have a right botch job of an operation when it comes to handling the supernatural. "Let's stick them all together and hope for the best." I wonder if they've apologised for ballsing it up.
no subject
I doubt it, they don't seem to care too much as long as we're fighting their war.

[It's in poor taste, but Walter's mind does have a strong leaning towards the macabre.]
That being said, I can see you've made arrangements with the clinic already. Good. Have you stopped by yet?

I'm on my way, it's a bit slow going with the injuries I sustained. [And all the energy he used up trying to keep himself from being more injured than he is. That thing he fought may have actually put him in a torpor at best, killed him at worse if he'd been any slower.]
no subject
He's already fed. But how, and how much?]
You'd best get going then. I'll save the other questions I have for you until later.
[A handful of seconds later, he follows up with a message sent directly to Cyril's network address.]
no subject
I think I'm about there so...yeah. Questions later.
