I require volunteers for something of an experiment. I am looking for those able to cast magic, and those willing to have magic cast upon them. I suppose one could say this is in the name of science, yes? And should one volunteer, all I require is an afternoon of your time.

There is no risk of harm or damage, of course. Except perhaps to one's dignity.

I was hoping to see if any sort of magic can be dispelled with the right spell. The U.E. soldiers stole powers, yes? Magic may be among them, and if they are using it to cast spells upon themselves. And if that is the case, then those spells may be able to be removed.
