Good evening. I'm Carlos, a new arrival.  I'm a human scientist, from Earth, year 2013.

I was hoping that some transports would be able to help me with an informal survey regarding their home world and time points. Feel free to leave some answers blank, I just wanted to get an idea of what different worlds are out there. This is for my own personal research, but I appreciate any help you can provide. yeah were stuck here until they dont need us anymore

That's true! I am a scientist, after all, and that means my work is never done.

they keep bringing in new people from all freaking over
i bet youll neer run out of stuff you havent seen before!
isnt it a little frustrating

Not at all! The main truth about the world and space and the universe is that we'll never know everything. There will always be something new to discover. Even when I'm long gone, we'll still be discovering new galaxies and planets and even things at home, on Earth.

I think that's fascinating! There are mysteries in the universe that I don't, can't, fully understand. But my purpose is to try.

well i geuss in a way thats pretty cool
even if science in schools always kinda boring unless somebody accicentally sets something on fire
do you do real experiments too or just surveys

I do experiments, as well, but most of my work is observing phenomena. There's a lot going on, where I came from.

id totally wanna get in there and poke at all of it a lt more
i mean if i did science stuff
so are you like a people..social?? scientist or something
i guess you cant really do human expriments then

I do plenty of poking! But you need to observe something before you go messing around with it, so you can get an idea of a baseline for whatever it is.

I'm a multidisciplinary scientist. I study physics, biology, geology...things like that.

I don't think that's fair to ask! That would be like asking my abuela which of her grandchildren was her favorite.

I know the concepts of nuclear physics, I just haven't applied them to much!

hehe well i think we culd use some nuclear physicists though anyway
even ones that havent done anything
did you know theres people who dont even know what a nuclear bomb is it was a disaster

Really? Well, I guess if they don't have nuclear science

Maybe! It's a hypothesis, at least!
