Anyone who knew Ellie Linton, she's gone back to her own war, about ten days ago, so if you were worried about not having seen her around, that's why. Sorry for not contacting people privately, it was a little hard to keep up with who all she knew.

I also wouldn't mind some sparring partners. Or if anyone wants to learn how to fight, I know about twenty different martial arts styles and I'm happy to teach people to defend themselves. Anything to help keep busy.

Honestly, anything. I'm pretty inexperienced across the board. Which do you think is the most useful in defending oneself?

i've been teaching a few people krav maga, it's the style used by the israeli army, so it's good for combat situations as well as self-defense.

And it's easy enough to pick up on? Not that we don't have time, but who knows when crisis will strike.

the basics are really easy to learn, so yeah, you can get a good start and then work on improving it if we have time.

if you pick it all up quick enough, we can start working in other styles. the more you can learn the better.

great. training 2-3 times a week will probably get you the best results without risking over exerting yourself too much. how does monday, wednesday, friday sound?
