I know there's a lot going on right now, so I'll keep this quick.

Anyone who knew Ellie Linton, she's gone back to her own war, about ten days ago, so if you were worried about not having seen her around, that's why. Sorry for not contacting people privately, it was a little hard to keep up with who all she knew.

For our new arrivals: my name's Steph, welcome to our temporary moon base, feel free to get in touch if there's anything I can help with. This is my tenth month since arriving, so I know a thing or two.

I also wouldn't mind some sparring partners. Or if anyone wants to learn how to fight, I know about twenty different martial arts styles and I'm happy to teach people to defend themselves. Anything to help keep busy.

( Speaking before she approaches, because vigilantes. She is close, behind Steph, but not touching her. Full Huntress regalia, still. She doesn't know how to do without it. )

[She doesn't startle, just turns to look at Helena over her shoulder before setting the tablet down.]

[She hasn't been crying, at least, she just looks exhausted.]

( Excuse her as she wanders closer. Moves closer, at any rate, it's too direct to be anything like a wander. As she reaches Steph's side she rests a hand on her shoulder. )

Hi.

[She lets out a breath at the touch, but that's about the only reaction she gives, and she has no idea what to say, so she just... doesn't.]

( Her hand tightens at Stephanie shoulder, before she's moving to pull her into a hug. Speeches really haven't ever been something she's good at, not outside the classroom, and even then. But she hugs her kids, helps them, and even when she has to send them home to terrible things, it might give them the strength to get through it as she tries to find the solutions for them.

She does the same for Steph, now, holding her close. She's not one of them, but she's part of Gotham, even if she can't take Stephanie home. )

[There's the temptation to resist, but she knows that she needs the hug, and she's not sure she'd have the strength to resist it, anyway. She winds her arms around Helena and holds on, breath shuddering but she's so fucking sick of crying, so she fights back the urge to start sobbing.

She loves her friends, here, but she just wants to go home.]
