The sum of parts which are necessary for the system exist here, yes. Those which may not are all easier to reproduce. Anything considered too complex to be easily recreated has been safely stowed away on base.

Affirmative. Equipment better designed to last over time will be good: AI am well pleased what is here has lasted as long as it has, but it is apparently to me the original designers did not think with centuries in mind.

AI can generate blueprints. There are no retained historical records of initial blueprints. AI may also generate alter blueprints upon request, utilizing similar technology output to the one in place when plans were initially submitted to the collective World Space Program.
