➔INITIATIVE ANNOUNCEMENT

ATTENTION ALL NETWORK USERS AND HOLD RESIDENTS:

We are aware of the increasing unrest and surfacing symptoms you and several of the city’s residents are facing. Currently, our analysts are working as hard as they can to determine root cause and formulate the best course of action to counteract it.

Our findings to date include symptoms of dizziness, fainting, brief and partial transparency, and other perception issues.

Until a legitimate and potentially unifying cause can be found, we cannot insight cannot be offered in regard your varied conditions. You are advised to remain as calm as you can, however, and encouraged to step up and offer detailed reports of what trouble you may be facing. The more information gathered on the problem, the better.

If you are experiencing pain of any kind, you are encouraged to visit our Initiative medical staff for an examination to determine the best treatment. Be aware, however: There is no precedent determining the affects of pain-relieving drugs on a person currently suffering the symptoms shown thusfar. You alone must determine whether or not it is a risk worth taking to alleviate pain.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation thus far; we will not rest until we have gotten to the bottom of this.

On the contrary, anything that affects one of us in body affects all of us in spirit. We're tired of being told what does and does not concern us.

I'm a healer. I can help people, if I have half a chance of figuring out what's wrong. You've refused to give me samples of the poison you used on our people, and you're saying that we should content ourselves with the so-called aid you offer. This doesn't show me any concern on your part. This shows me that you want to rope people into your facilities for testing, without oversight or accountability of any sort.
