even if he was mean it doesn't mean all his subjects are mean!

I never said he was, but he is barbaric and allows his subjects to raid and plunder another man's city to their hearts' content

not entirely but there's a difference between doing it because of that and doing it for no reason

either way i just think it's not very nice to call people barbarians when you haven't even met them
