[babydoll is feeling rather sociable today, finally feeling like she can ask a few more questions than she normally would. of course, that isn't much for her. she never likes to pry too much into peoples' personal lives unless they've given her the permission to do so.]
When I first offered, it was a while ago, so I'd like to offer once more. If anyone needs help with training or handling certain weaponry, I can help.
[she pauses, eyes wandering away from the device for a quick moment before focusing at the camera again.]
I was also wondering- what sort of things did everyone do before arriving in Exsilium? What type of jobs?
[it's also the fact that she's from a much earlier time than most of the transports around exsilium that's making her curious. living in the 60s only gave her so much leeway.]

Yeah. [ true. for the time being. ] For a while there, I thought I had gone crazy. But if I had, I'm sure I would have come up with something less wet.
[ she's met some decent people. she can go where she likes. there's no curfew, no schedule. no blue. in many ways, it's an improvement. but it doesn't have rocket. in everything she does is the shadow of her sister; in every action, the need to return, the desire to keep interactions shallow, to not let herself get comfortable.
she lived for rocket for so long, she does not know how to do so for herself. ]
action.
[she offers a tiny smile. baby can only guess what it feels like to be separated from rocket. sweet pea was attached at the hip, always wanted to protect, always wanting to guide. it's admirable; at least she's able to continue her own mission.]
We're gonna get out of here, I promise.
action.
[ she looks up. ]
We do it together. We get out of here together. [ a soft inflection rests on the second "together." ] And then we finish what we started.
[ she returns her attention to her tablet. ]
action.
[she looks hopeful when sweet pea says she should believe baby, but she knows it's not that easy.]
Good. I need to think out my plan a little bit more, but I'll let you know when I'm sure it'll work.
action.
action.
[well, one for sure person and then a couple that might help her if she asks, but that's it. she hasn't asked anyone on the network for obvious reasons.]
action.
action.
[and she is a fantastic fighter.]
action.
action.
action.
action.
I hadn't heard. Maybe we should pay her a visit?
action.
action.
[plus there can really never be too many marshmallows.]
[this is nice, though. baby's enjoying the casual conversation. the two of them hadn't gotten to speak like this, ever. it's light and there are no worries.]
action.
If you've been keeping some here and not sharing, there will be problems.
action.
action.
[ it's still a thrill: to be able to pick where to go and when. it might never stop being one. ]
action.
Yeah, sure.
[and she's on her feet once again, checking her ammunition -- honestly she doesn't know what's going to happen out there, ever -- before heading to the door.]
You need anything else while we're out?
action.
[ sweet pea, for her part, leaves her guns where they are. she watches baby and keeps any comments to herself. ]
action.
[she hopes it's not one of the foods here that's eternally bad, like the bread, as she leaves the room and starts slowly down the hall to give sweet pea time to close and lock the door.]
action.
[ she tests the doorknob to make sure it locked, then sets off after baby. ]
Think they'd let us go on a mission to find some?
[ and other delicious things. ]
action.
I don't see why not. You want to ask? I'd like to see what else is out there.
action.
