My suggestion is keeping it nameless for a while. See what it's personality is like, see if inspiration strikes along the way.

[Okay, so he's more used to dragons and wolves and harpies but Emil's spent enough time naming things that a cat shouldn't be that bad. Right?]

My experience with that is if you throw enough names at it, somethin's bound to stick. Unless you already found one.
