Hi there, uhm. Has anyone seen Wing around? He wasn't there when I woke up today and I can't seem to get a hold of him. It's not like him to just run off.

Wing is hard to miss, he's the only other person here who looks like me.

I've carried other mechs before. He's a flight frame, he's lighter than most. Hell I carried someone who turns into a tank once, I'll be okay.

[ A while later, Drift trundles up in vehicle mode. He looks like he's running rough to say the least. ]

... Have you been staying here? With it all destroyed like this?

I sleep in my assigned room. I've just been here most of the day trying to repair it.

[He climbs in with a quiet sigh]

I know you'd do anything to save a friend---anyone would---but I hope we don't reach a point where I have to save you too.

Did you... want some help? Or maybe a better place to stay in the meantime?

[ He takes off, a little slower than usual. ]

Don't worry. I'm hard to kill. Took an explosion pretty well, didn't I?

My apartment's fine, don't worry.

[Billy worries, though, watching out the window for signs of Wing.]

Yeah. That's what I'm concerned about, actually. Are you sure you addressed the damage?

[ He turns out towards the city limits. ]

Yes. Some people did a crude patch job during the whole mess and my internal repair system has been sussing it out bit by bit.

If you'd like me to work on it I will---but let's see if we can't find your friend first.

What's your field of vision at the moment?

I'm scanning for his comm signal, energy signature, everything that sets him apart from everyone else here.

So far I've not picked anything up. I figure I can sweep further and further out from the city, because he's definitely not local.

[He adjusts his own scanners in the hopes of helping, watching with his eyes of course.]
