[Raiden is crouched, holding the communicator in one hand, and empty vials in another. He's looking at the vials, his eyes never once darting towards the screen. There is a trace amount of blood on his breastplate. When he speaks, it's with a harsh edge that barely disguises a haunted tremor.

Some of the structures around him are busted up.]

Found one of those bastards in the market place, pretending he was sick. He had these.

[He rolls the vials between his claws.]

I caught him, he didn't say much though. Just "United Earth stands strong, obey and prosper!" And that the Exiles will be punished.

[He looks up into the sky, squinting his single eye, then opens his mouth slightly as if to say something. When nothing comes out, he just sighs.]

...Yeah. Guess that's it.

[He stands up, waving the vials in a "come and get it" gesture.]

Raiden out.

[Feed cuts out]

And there's a tattoo behind his ear. Looks like the solar system, maybe. Or something like an atom, I dunno, hard to make out.

Guess in that case it would depend on the angle - probably could tell you if I got a look at it, though I don't know how much that'd actually help.

[There is an audible click as Raiden turns off his communicator and disconnects. A moment later he reconnects with a video feed. It shows claws brushing through hair around someone's left ear. Another clawed hand reaches up to lift the earlobe and the video lens focuses in on a small tattoo]

[There's a pause as Sol inspects the mark, frowning before he leans back.]

Maybe not. The pattern looks closer to an atom, but that's not something I've seen before. Maybe that's a new thing for United Earth.

[He shrugs, though he's definitely making a note of the marking. Hard telling if it was going to be any help or not but at this point it couldn't hurt.]
