eighth wildling ➳ ( voice )
[Guess who is sick? And dragged to the hospital against her will stuck in the hospital.]
I don't want none o' your doctors. [She wheezes into the device, smart enough to keep it off.]
What I need is a wise woman. There are herbs and teas t'do me fine, none o' these metal machines. [She has to lean over to cough. It sounds like she's hacking a lung out.]
I won't stay here. In this metal buildin'. I'll fight me way out. I swear-- [And another coughing fit takes over before she just ends the feed.]

works for me
[Action]
Ygritte?
[Action]
[Action]
[ He chuckles, letting himself in and closing the door behind him. ]
[Action]
[Action]
Hm.
It's like a costume or a different body I can put myself into.
[ He pulls up a chair. ]
[Action]
[Action]
Want a glass of water?
[Action]
[She coughs before shaking her head. She's fine.]
[Action]
[ he holds out his hand to her, palm out so she can test if she wants. ]
See?
[Action]
So y'can sometimes look like a person?
[Action]
[ He puts on his best grin. Probably picked that up from Rodimus. ]
[Action]
[Action]
[ He gives a wry smile quirking a brow, a little challenging, but he's getting used to the finer details of this puppet. ]
It's almost like the real thing. Almost.
[Action]
Just is.
[Action]
[ Just a little bit of sass. ]
Do you want to play a game, maybe?
[Action]
[Action]
[ He makes a slight gesture with his hand and brings up a small holographic display that sits in place in front of him. There's a list there, but it's definitely in no known human language. He hums, selecting one off the list. The projection shifts to a little game board grid. ]
I could teach you. This one is fairly straight forward and easy to pick up.
[Action]
Where does that come from?
[Action]
What this? It's a holo-projection. Kind of like this body, though a lot more simple and less solid.
You can interact with it. See?
[ He presses a finger on one of the grid points, and it places a game piece. ]
Try it.
[Action]
It's just like light.
[Action]
[ He places another game piece, this time white as opposed to black. ]
You can do all kinds of things with it. Games like these, videos, music, reading, information reference and basic survey tools... It's pretty handy.
[Action]
[She wiggles her fingers again in the hologram, more amused by the distortion of the image than the game itself.]
[Action]
[ He laughs, enjoying her fascination with it. Tapping away from the game, he brings up a small display, a color pattern generator. Just a fun toy to pass the time. He places it between them, swiping a finger over the 'surface', making a small streak of green light. It's funny to think the things he takes for granted are something so foreign. ]
[Action]
And you can do this? Control light like this?
