[ the name attached to this account, and thus with all applicable comments within this entry, reads Haruka Takahashi, as usual.
for those of you just joining us at home, some info.

If you're only interested in useful posts, you can skip the rest of this. I'm only out to waste the time of those who want it wasted, today.
For anyone else, color me curious.

Water, Wind, Light, Flame, Earth, or Darkness.

Pick one, please.

To clarify, "light" doesn't mean good and "darkness" doesn't mean evil, or bad. Or vice versa; there's no moral alignment to any of them.
And I didn't "skip heart", so don't bother bringing that up.

I am glad then.

...How would one go about pronouncing your name, Frau?

[A moment please. He can he heard quietly repeating the syllables until it sounds a bit more natural for him.]

Frau Takahashi, I would prefer to know you a little longer before I presume familiarity such as this. It not proper for a Knight of any sort to disrespect a Lady as such.

A Knight-Errant.

I do not have a King or Country I serve.

It is... Not the most favorable position. Knighthood is more of a way of life than a job, but swearing to serve someone has more comforts than roaming.

It is very much so, as I had wanted to be a Knight ever since I was young. My father was formerly a Paladin of the Church and I wished to be like him.

It can be difficult to stem off all the temptations that contradict the Knight's Code, but I find following it to be rewarding, spiritually.

[Which, was all perfectly true. He just didn't feel it was as rewarding as it had been in the past.]

Generally, they are born in the Kingdom. If they are famous enough and enter a Kingdom, they may be asked if they wish to pledge their service.

It often depends on the King himself, there are many ways.

[He then trails off for a beat.]

...When I served my King, I had been born there, and enrolled as a soldier. I happened to do well enough that the King came to see me, and others. I then asked if I might be knighted. I thankfully have roots in Nobility, otherwise I would have been denied as this King also allowed his Knights to be ranked as lesser Nobility.

No. No I do not.

Frau Takahashi, I have taken enough of your time I think.

"Nochmals fil makt vehrit"

It means, "We will meet again," in Deul, Frau Takahashi. Until then, I hope you are well.
