[The wounds Ashe received from the attack earlier had been tended to and were beginning to heal, but the days events left her with much to think about despite her bodies protests. She spent the past three months watching and trying to make sense of everything and these recent events only served to make her more distrustful. Despite her aching wrists and overwhelming exhaustion she began to type on her device.]

It seems nothing good will ever come from us helping them. If the UE attacks any one of our homelands, are they going to send us to our doom so that we can watch and be reminded how powerless we are in this? As much as I wish to protect others from tyranny, I do believe that today's endeavor was fruitless and seemed more like an attempt to make us docile and remind us who we serve, rather than to actually protect anything. I simply do not know what to think anymore.

True one could do that, but I fear the consequences. My hands are tied and I have no other choice. At times like this it I find would be best to comply and appease them, rather than face some possibly terrible repercussions. If they can bring us here, who knows what else they are capable of.
