After that last fight, I'm certain it bears no reason to explain that we could use more preparation for this sort of war. This isn't the first time I've been through something this particularly dangerous, but I'm not sure how many of you have been as well. So, I suppose I could do a little better to help everyone.

The training itself is a massive strain on your body.

When I initially began training with it, my only relief from the pain to my muscles was sleep.

I can't say I'd take it easy on you, since the only way to advance with it is by taking the most difficult route.

Tightening your muscles to an extreme. To use the Iron Mass, Shave and Bullet abilities, you need to be extremely strong as a result of muscles tightened beyond human limitations.
