If you know you're dying and won't be coming back, what would you die for?

I know I would die just to save one person. How sad it is that we don't have that choice here, yes?

Saving one person would be good enough, yes.

And I agree. It would be preferable to being forced to run away.

Did it already, turned out badly. Wouldn't recommend.

We have the choice. We just have to take a little more time in figuring out how to make those choices possible, then act.

Does it matter? Will it comfort you to know?

So many in this world scramble for the opinions of others--there is no explanation for such desperate need. Tell me what it serves if I answer you or not.

Giving your life to save another is honorable. Though to be revived, to be given another chance, you could save more.

I believe in that. Also choosing to believe that, so hey. Why work toward something other than that?

thanks to the initiative's little timeline mix up awhile back, I DO know when I'm going to die. And I did try to save anyone or anything during the battle but it was for nothing. so I guess I did try to sacrifice myself to save even one person. even if it was for nothing. We couldn't even bring people back. What a bunch of bullshit

Payback.

[and for someone else, but we don't need to be saying that in public.]

My friends, probably. And my parents.

Sometimes, even final death can't change the way things would have turned out.

Wrong. Has been for a long time? Maybe, but that's using the tech in a weird way that's been untested before this. You don't give up after a failure or two, you keep trying! We've barely been around for more than a year. Yet you'd write off any changes that fast?

For the same reason you would. One specific person.

I don't have to wonder. They showed their disregard for the problem they made when we were all recalled.
