[More tapping then he snaps with a bit more nastiness than is probably necessary.]

Clinic probably has equipment - I know they've got stuff for CT scans, they probably have at least one dialysis machine.

Dr. McCoy doesn't ask any unnecessary questions, either.

Because I've met four-year-olds with longer attention spans than Tony Stark. He's brilliant at building things, but liable to get distracted by something shiny five minutes in. Or decide to make 'upgrades'.

Yeah. He's not a bad guy, and can probably build whatever machines you need, just... get someone with actual patience and possibly medical training to operate it.
