[If Nate sounds tired and cranky, it's because he is. Still injured from the mission, having the psychic feedback of everyone grumpy about the whole exploding spaceship thing bouncing around his head - yeah. Not a happy camper here. Which is probably also why he sounds a bit defensive.]

She wrinkles her nose at his reassurance, and she doesn't entirely believe him, but it's not like she can go and invade his mind or something. (Which would be a great power to have copied from someone right about now, she thinks. Then again, she might hear everyone, so maybe not so great...) ]
