[The picture starts on a stack of quiet a few thin books. Closer inspection would reveal that they are apparently collections of piano music. Some music lover seems to have lucked out and found these for dirt cheap somewhere since they're next to useless in this place.
Right as people may begin questioning who is doing this, a kitten that's appeared on screen before walks up and starts curiously poking at the books with her nose. A hand reaches in to grab her as the tablet is seemingly placed against the books due to the odd angle it holds for a few moments.]
Hey, be careful with those!
[The voice, if recognizable, is oddly soft and gentle despite the chastising. Like he was hoping no one would hear that. Oops.
Finally the video sharply turns to show a very serious looking Elliot as Arietta squirms from his grasp onto his shoulder.]
Does anyone know who these people are?! Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, Tchaikovsky... [He probably mispronounced a few of those.] There are dozens of these guys and I've never heard of any of them! Do all of them live in this place?!
[Elliot seems to think that finding out this information is incredibly important from the tone in his voice.]

[Wow, music from various times and nations being grouped together. Amazing...
He grabs the book on top of the stack and flips through it quickly.]
Start with this Chopin person! From the looks of it, he seemed to have a good understanding of the piano's versatility.

He's from Poland, in Europe. Which is... east a' where we are now. He was a Romantic, lived about... two hundred years before my time.
Definitely knew 'is way 'round a waltz.

So he wrote romantic waltzes? There has to be more complexity to it if he wrote so many pieces.
Then what about Beethoven?

An' Beethoven was German. Little earlier than Chopin, same area a' the world. Probably the most famous composer ever, in my world. Other than Mozart.
( He prefers jazz, but music's always been an interest in one way or another. )

[Yeah, nationalities aren't meaning a ton to him, all it's telling him is these guys aren't from the same place.]
Those two are? Their pieces do look impressive, but they don't have a substantially greater amount of pieces in these books.

Quality over quantity, homme.
no subject
I know that! If anything, that just proves their pieces must be excellent!

An' that's kinda the point. They're geniuses, or they were.
no subject
If they've lasted after their deaths, then that just proves the point.

Well, that's the goal, ain't it? Leavin' a legacy.
no subject
[Leaving a legacy. Hmm, would have been nice if his family could have done that...] It's not so easy to achieve, so I would still consider it impressive.
