I've got enough supplies now. Should be headin' north any day. Just wanted to talk to any o' you who've made it. Like t'know which paths you've used and the like.

Just like t'know is all. I've got enough supplies with me to last a few weeks. But I'm a good traveler and don't expect to be out that far. Just like t'see what's out there.

A few of us went north, to find a stronghold and take something from it. I've passed my notes from that trip to you. We didn't veer much off the marked path - we had a mission - but I hope they're helpful.

We found horribly changed animals, dreary fens, mucky terrain, and a half-dozen burned-out villages. They're marked on the map.
