[This message is pretty easy to trace all the way back to Ed's tablet, but he doesn't particularly care. As long as this looks like an unbiased survey, it's good enough for him.]

Roll call, everyone. Raise your hand if you're a scientist. If you think of yourself as one, you count. Go.

And keep it raised if you think you could be making better use of it than the Initiative is right now.

If you feel like trumpeting your credentials while you're at it, go ahead, share them with the class. If you don't, don't. I'm just wondering.

Is the failure at anonymity intentional? I would hope so. [Because if it's not, that will lower her opinion of you.]

I am a graduate of the College of Dynamics, which I had initially gained acceptance to due to the design of my Variable Atmospheric Converter. Unfortunately, the patent office records remain on my own dimensional plane, so I'm unable to provide official documentation on this and all other multitude of my inventions.

And of course, G.O.L.E.M expertise is a given, with an interest in improving GOLEM-operator symbiotic functionality.

[Hey, she is pretty good, you know. She doesn't really intend to do anything about it; the question is just an honest curiosity.]

You've negelected to answer my inquiry, Edward Elric.

[Hey, what universe do you come from that engineers aren't scientists?] I am. Though I find the implication that my work is not rigourous to be highly assumptive and dismissive.

[Don't insult her work, bro.]

[The more stubborn he gets, the more inclined she is to remotely program something aggravating onto his communicator.]

You continue to endeavour avoiding the question. Why?

And I am involved at every stage of the process. I design, I construct, I conduct field tests, and operate every device in all applicable conditions. Whether they are weapons or more mundane things does not matter. I don't spend all my time at a drafting console.
