[The displayed name reads 'Billy Cranston', but the face isn't his. Billy's trying to act as Lady Celebrían would, he really is! He sits up straight, his long hair awkwardly twisted into a loose and messy braid. He hopes that doesn't harm her hair. And he's especially grateful that the lady isn't the makeup type---he'd messed that up for one friend already. But his arms are crossed and there's an odd expression of disappointment on his face. Still, he waves, one hand making a graceful arc in the air.]
By my calculations, we've almost reached the estimated time that the personality displacement will be reversed. And...you know, it's funny. This isn't the first time I've been through this.
I asked one of my best friends to help me test a new invention that was supposed to allow thought-sharing once, but a missing wire resulted in this same effect. We were only switched for one day, and of course we wouldn't deliberately sabotage each other, but even then we made so many mistakes and tarnished each other's reputations so severely that we ended up nearly destroying our friendship. That was painful enough! I can't believe how many would do that intentionally.
Anyway, I've been doing my best to recreate my old device as a backup should the Initiative's efforts fail. If anyone has experience with something similar, can you help? I'll be in my garage on the west side.

[Well, she has not idea what contacts are but invasive sounds uncomfortable. Glasses it is then.]
The glasses will do for what time it takes for this to be corrected. I'm not entirely sure where to meet though, anywhere will do fine.
Re: video
And I promise not to cut your hair. I'm not touching your appearance at all, I'm horrible at it and wouldn't have the slightest clue what to do.

I'm glad of that. I've never known an elf with hair that isn't grown out. So this actually feels rather strange.
Re: video
I'll take care of this as best I can, but I might need your help.
I'm on my way with the glasses, all right?

That won't be so difficult. Learning to neatly braid hair takes some time, you won't really need to. It would probably be easier to leave it loose.
[She nods.]
I'll see you shortly then, thank you.
[action?]
Here, these should help you.
[action!]
Thank you, they do.
[action!]
Now you can see that I haven't done anything to you, right?
[He fidgets awkwardly. Still not used to this.]
[action!]
[action!]
[He smooths out the dress with a nervous smile.]
Have you had any other problems I can help you with?
[action!]
No, none but thank you. I am sorry though, that my clothing is made up of so many dresses. The only time I never wore one was when learning to ride horses and that was an age ago and only because I ruined too many and made my mother cross.
[action!]
[action!]
[No need to mention that she first learn bareback as well, since no one could keep her from climbing onto the horse before they saddled him.]
[action!]
Anyway...there, you're all set. And I am doing my utmost to avoid similar damage.
[He has the hem awkwardly hitched up around his ankles. Too many puddles to avoid out there.]

[action!]
It must be hard.

[He taps his temple, then holds out a case.]
But before I forget! If the glasses get smudged, a cloth and some water should take care of it. Here's the case, you can keep them here while you're sleeping or washing up.
[action!]
[Oh, that'll be useful!]
I don't think I'll have any trouble keeping them clean and thank you. I'll be sure not to break them. [Especially since she can't fix these.]
