Face it mate, half the reason there isn't more chaos here is that there's nowhere to go. Boredom breeds bad behavior, but the vague possibility of legging it before you get caught is really half the gig. Kind of a lack of holes to go to ground to here. Not that you couldn't make one with a little enterprising, but-- takes infrastructure. Don't think a free agent would get too far here.
