2nd Bloom ❁ [Backdated to the morning of March 1st -> Video/Text/Action to those showing up]
[The feed opens up to a room with pink walls with plush, very comfortable looking couches, as well as more intimate looking tables and chairs for two or three. Everything is clean, immaculate, and cozy. It then shifts to show flowers, many, many kinds in bouquets of different sizes, already in vases, corsages, wreaths, and other sorts of arrangements.
Flora appears in front of them all with a sunny smile.]
Hello, everyone!
Spring hasn't arrived yet, if it ever really will in the way I'm used to, at least, so I thought why not try to make a little of our own? The flowers are free to absolutely anyone that wants them. Even if it's just a for a short while, I hope you can take a little of spring with you and have brighter days.
[The feed then moves to display all sorts of cakes, treats, and teapots before she appears again, scratching her cheek a little bashfully.]
Oh, and um, it's also my birthday today, so if anyone wants anything here, please, feel free to help yourself. You're quite welcome to stay a while, too, if you like. I'll be here all day.
Farewell and see you soon, perhaps!
[The feed cuts off. There are directions provided in text. And if there was any doubt as to which building it is, it's got flower baskets hanging around the door of it, window boxes, as well as potted plants to either side of it.
And around it.
...and down the pathway.
Yeah. So. Shouldn't be too hard to miss.]

[Still, as humbled as she is, she is still excited when she takes it. Whatever could be inside it, she wonders.]
May I open it now?

I know it's not much, but I did what I could.
[It's a small scrapbook bound together with obviously recycled material. The pages are greyed out, but on each of them is a bright flower. There are ten types and ten colours---the best he could do with his magic on such short notice, but they're his best duplications of the growings around Hogwarts.]
I tried to replicate plants from home. I can't conjure the seeds, pressing them is the best i can do.

Don't sell yourself short, this is great! Thank you so much, Cedric.
[Flora carefully flips through the book, fingers tracing over the petals with a warm and curious appreciation.]
This is good spell work, too. I'm guessing these are originally from some place temperate. [She flips back a page, then another suddenly analytical.] Probably rainy, too....
[She looks up, a moment later, grateful and interested.]
Where are these from? It must be such a lovely place.

omg dw ate my apology, what a rude butt. :c /sneaks a bit of play on hiatus
It's hard to believe that a place that nurtured such pretty things could end up like it has.
it's okay! got the message <3
Anyway, now you have a little inspiration to look at. I hope it helps.
OH OKAY, EXCELLENT 8D
Yeah. We are.
It already has. I already have an idea or two. [Or twenty, but hey, who's counting.]
You're very thoughtful, thanks again.

Oh! And one last thing:
[He presents her with a plate of biscuits that he's been skillfully balancing behind his back. Cinnamon and sugar, deliciously waiting to be eaten.]
Happy birthday.
