2nd Bloom ❁ [Backdated to the morning of March 1st -> Video/Text/Action to those showing up]
[The feed opens up to a room with pink walls with plush, very comfortable looking couches, as well as more intimate looking tables and chairs for two or three. Everything is clean, immaculate, and cozy. It then shifts to show flowers, many, many kinds in bouquets of different sizes, already in vases, corsages, wreaths, and other sorts of arrangements.
Flora appears in front of them all with a sunny smile.]
Hello, everyone!
Spring hasn't arrived yet, if it ever really will in the way I'm used to, at least, so I thought why not try to make a little of our own? The flowers are free to absolutely anyone that wants them. Even if it's just a for a short while, I hope you can take a little of spring with you and have brighter days.
[The feed then moves to display all sorts of cakes, treats, and teapots before she appears again, scratching her cheek a little bashfully.]
Oh, and um, it's also my birthday today, so if anyone wants anything here, please, feel free to help yourself. You're quite welcome to stay a while, too, if you like. I'll be here all day.
Farewell and see you soon, perhaps!
[The feed cuts off. There are directions provided in text. And if there was any doubt as to which building it is, it's got flower baskets hanging around the door of it, window boxes, as well as potted plants to either side of it.
And around it.
...and down the pathway.
Yeah. So. Shouldn't be too hard to miss.]

It seems like you're forgiven. Thank you.
[Flora can't help but smile warmly. She didn't expect that or ask for it, but he did it anyway, and she's appreciative of that.
She shakes her head gently.]
Oh, don't worry about it, you wouldn't be imposing at at all. The weather is just awful, isn't it?
[What a mess she must be herself, right now, but that is easily dealt with. A very gentle glow surrounds her and all the wetness begins to disappear. The glow remains even after that, seeming to protect her from the rain.]
But I can take care of that, too. May I?

[He glances back at the plant for a moment and looks back just in time to see the glow again, watching curiously as she dries herself off. That seems like some pretty handy magic, in a variety of ways -- he's a little curious, but--
Oh, she's talking to him.]
Ah, I... Go ahead. [He doesn't think it will cause problems, and he is curious, not that he thinks he'll learn much from a few little displays. That would be like asking a fourth grader to identify a piece of Chopin after learning Mary Had A Little Lamb, except considerably less innocuous.]
no subject
Is that any better?
no subject
Much. Thanks. [Wow, he even has a magic raincoat now.] You're pretty skilled with magic.

[She scratches her cheek modestly before grinning.]
It's actually a very easy spell, I could teach it to you sometime, if you'd like. [That is definitely magic she's feeling from him, but it has such a strange feel to it. Sluggish...somehow, but why is that something she can tell? Curious.
Anyway.
She winks.]
It's nothing like a hot shower, but it comes in pretty handy, sometimes.
ffff sorry life went nom
[He doesn't take pains to hide the basics of his magical knowledge -- she's free enough with hers, after all, so he considers it a basic courtesy. It seems, anyway, that in Exsilium the basics are a moot point.
He's just grateful the Initiative has done something to mitigate the parts he would like to hide. Not that it was all them; for once, he had some luck in his choice of weapon.
--But they were going to get out of the rain, weren't they? He needs to keep better track of things, even at this hour.]
omfg i thought i replied to this ommmmg i'm sorry ;n;
[Flora straightens and tilts her head to the door.]
Come on inside. You won't catch a cold anymore, but I'm sure it'd be a nicer change of scenery.
