He's been collecting rocks as well, along with sheets of paper, tattered magazines, and different kinds of toy balls and horseshoes. He needs to get more more more. ]

I was told I can get more by getting a job. Doing things and in return I get money.

How do I get one? I don't know how it all works.

I don't doubt that. I've seen Crucible and he's huge, bigger than Darlantan or Burll back home. He even has the same scales as Burll.

[ Aurican really doesn't like the sarcasm. It wasn't like the sarcasm from Blayze who fights just for the sake of fighting. This has more intent, Aurican can tell that much. ]

I lived in the grotto with stone all around me, and I never entered into the Darkness Beyond to see more of the world. I do not know if the world I am from is from Krynn or not.

Didn't you have a geetna to raise you? Or— something like one? [ she has no idea how metallics are raised, crap ]

No. I was told parents were the ones that supposed to raise you, but it was just me and my nestmates. We had only each other.

How did you feed yourself?

Bats live in grotto as well. When they need to go into or outside of the grotto, they go through the Darkness Beyond. We wait until they flying through the entrance and we jump up and grab them in mid-air with our claws and jaws.
