[Look who finally bothered to figure out the communicator. After how many months of being here? But, well, he's conversed enough that Tyki figures he can figure out how not to flub up his own entry to this bizarre communal journal too much.

He sounds the picture of a good-humored gentleman but you won't see his face. Better not to show too much, with Allen around - the boy knows both his White and Black forms, after all. Tyki wouldn't want to blow his cover for his White side, or let Allen do that. Cover might well be a problem eventually.

But not now and who wants to think about that? Now, he sounds the picture of a good humored gentleman, even if there's no saying one way or another that he looks it.

A chuckle.] Do you lot complain as much at home as you do here? Or have as much philosophical conversation? Either that lot have really terrible luck targeting their little device, or your homes must be very dry places.

[ALLEN WILL BE THERE!!! In a few minutes. He walks in casually and unsmiling, a folded umbrella propped on his shoulder.]

Tyki Mikk.

[phaseshifts]

[Tyki was just sitting at a table with a cup of black coffee (cooling) and a deck of cards. He appears to be in the middle of a game of Solitaire, though he stands when Allen comes in and comes right up - subtly aggressive, what with the direct approach, how he doesn't take any steps to neuter the intimidation factor of his height at all.]

You. [He smiles unpleasantly.] You look hale.

[debtor]

[His eyes flicker briefly towards the cards, before looking up at Tyki; back straight, standing light on his feet. His own smile is thin.]

Thank you. Were you concerned?

[phaseshifts]

Disappointed, more like it. [He doesn't reach out. Right now. No sense starting a fight right out in public at this point, though he might change his mind.]

How did you live, boy?

[debtor]

[He raises his left hand, as if the answer's there.

He has the same air about him as one who's got the higher ground. Like Tyki's no threat.]

You're still wondering?

It's simple. You couldn't break this, and you couldn't break me.

[phaseshifts]

[Reaching for that hand, just casually.]

What a shame. You could have died easy.

[debtor]

You're mistaken, I'm afraid. To return was my only option. You couldn't change that then, and you won't be able to now.

[Whether Tyki makes an earnest grab for it or not, he moves to lower his hand to his side, ready to activate it at the first sign of real trouble.]

[phaseshifts]

[It was an earnest grab! An earnest bat, like a cat. Tyki crowds forward the moment after. Just an inch between them maybe, looming, bringing his superior height to bear. Staring down at Allen as though he's a particularly interesting insect.

Suggestive, thoughtful, threatening, testing:] Should I kill you again? I would love to.

This place doesn't need your kind, hm? [He is stepping forward.]
