He sounds the picture of a good-humored gentleman but you won't see his face. Better not to show too much, with Allen around - the boy knows both his White and Black forms, after all. Tyki wouldn't want to blow his cover for his White side, or let Allen do that. Cover might well be a problem eventually.

It's open! [He's being a good host, getting a carafe of water ready. The table is cleared enough to play cards easily. The man himself looks scruffy but fairly unthreatening.]

[reassures]

[Nill opens the door to peek inside, and then steps inside fully herself, toeing her flats off at the entrance before she wanders over to the table, since that looks the most obvious place to go.

Her clothes are pretty simple. Lighter pastel colors, a blouse and skirt. Ribbons in her hair as well as one tied around her neck. The blouse looks like it cuts low in the back, but it's hard to tell with the black jacket she has on over it, which doesn't really match the rest of what she's wearing, but it's the only practical thing she has that's modified for her wings.

She looks to Tyki and smiles, and offers a slight wave of greeting.]

[He gives her a glance over without much perusal, stamps her "cute" and looks back down to laying out the cards. He at least smells all right even if he looks hoboish right now.]

Hello there. I thought you could start with rummy.

[reassures]

[Nill has known a lot of scruffy people who weren't necessarily all that scruffy in personality. Badou comes to mind. Nill goes to take a seat across from him at the table, glancing down at the cards, before she pulls out her tablet.]

Is it difficult to learn?

Oh, not really! The best way to get your feet wet is by practicing, Missy, so don't beat around the brush fretting over the rules so much. We'll play a no-stakes game, eh? [Gentleman smile.]

[She considers that for a moment.]

[She pauses slightly.]

[What comes in response is only mild curiosity. He notes the narrowing eyes, but barely. He wonders more why she'd even bring it up. Hmmhm. A little girl with wings. An ulterior motive? More than she seems? He smiles.]

[He's thinking about it too much. She doesn't like it - so when Nill smiles this time, it's a little more sure.]

I haven't found a place to buy cigarettes here yet.

[reassures]

Money. If there's something else material that you'd prefer that's fine, but I don't have much.

[Material. Nothing physical, Tyki. Remember that.]

And if you don't want to bet your cigarettes, you could bet the location of where you got them.

Mm. Sure, that's what I'll bet. The place. [He is not going to continually extort money for cigarettes out of some little girl, he has some standards.
