[Axel greets the feed with a look that teeters somewhere between abashed and indignant.]

Usually when someone gets sent back in time it's with the added perk of retaining everything they'd learned up til that point. I hope I'm not the only one who's really glad they grew out of who they were ten years ago. [He grins then and spins a frisbee around one finger.] At least I got to keep a souvenir this time, though~

By the way, anybody who shared their food with me when I was so rudely told that my currency from home was no good here, you have my sincere appreciation. [And surprisingly, he means it. Even the sincerity part!]

[And here he looks just plain abashed.] Hey, ah... I think I owe you something of an explanation. You free to receive one?

Complicated? That's fine, Axel. You don't have to explain.

[ She's back to being a ten-year-old now. She sounds almost the same, just a little subdued and not very excitable. ] I'm back to normal. I recall everything about this world now.

[He makes a soft noise of amusement.]

It'd be too long and confusing to try and explain, anyway--sometimes I'm not even sure I get it.

[He pauses a moment then, noting that while she seems a bit more adept at conversation now, she doesn't sound much older.]

That's good; seems everybody's mostly recovered, then. Why the blank screen, though, kiddo? Surely you don't look that funny at your correct age... [There's a grin in his voice--he's mostly teasing, but he can't deny his curiosity as to why she went with audio-only.]

[ She knows he's teasing, but she takes a moment to switch to video. Not like she plans on leaving the video feed on very long. There's nothing too interesting in her room. It's looking pretty much how every other bedroom looks when Transports first arrive at their units.

Rika's sitting on her bed with a little stuffed penguin plush she received during Christmas. ]

...I look pretty hilarious.

[ Not really. Of course, she's kidding. She might look like she got taller, along with some longer hair... and a little less energetic. That's about it. ]

Gosh, ridiculous is right. I mean, I hardly recognized you at that height!

[Well, Pot meet Kettle; really about the only change on his side is the altitude too. And the face tattoos.]

Well, I'm glad to be back to normal, at least; it was really weird not being able to reach the top shelf anymore.

[ And she's already switching back to audio. It just feels more comfortable for her at the moment... ]

That's why you make friends with tall people, kiddo. I'm pretty sure that counts for at least one-sixth of why my pal Roxas puts up with me.

Many of my friends are taller than me. They aren't always around though. I just wish I could grow up soon...
