[In the background, there are various items collected and some of those items have been fabricated into other things and one of them looks like a mini cannon that is also a working model along with a working model of a soil remediation machine that's about the size of a table. There's a computer monitor with a schematic of a sound redirection device and a sonic generator used primarily for defense.

The massive vortex cannon is still in view but is now outside of the workshop. There's some gas tanks, a glass fish tank with a few plants growing inside of it from seeds he collected in New Mexico and small animal inside of another that he managed to find. It's not a pet. There's also an evaporator and a distiller as the camera moves around.

In the three months he's been here and keeping off the network save for a few occasional responses, Lee has been really busy.]

Pardon my intrusion. I have a few things to address.

[He moves to stand out of the view of the devices he's managed to create and stands in front of the door instead. Since the location is not revealed, everything just seems pretty cut and dry as just another place.]

First of all, I would like to say welcome to our new arrivals. I know that it has to be a hard transition for most of you. I assure you, there are some of us that are working hard to correct our current situation. With that said, I hope that you can find some way of getting along with your roommates.

I'm currently working on getting a few projects in order and I would like your help. I'll explain them more in detail. It seems that the recipient of the robotic arm is no longer here so we have that to use for our projects. It's a precision instrument and I'll teach you all how to use it properly.

I hope that whatever is happening around us, this malaise, passes. It's certainly troublesome.

However, I do have something I suppose you should know. I'm aware that in terms of research, the actual process of testing mixtures is very quick, while the acquisition of raw materials and purifying them is relatively slow. I'm going to make this a non-issue for you.

Don't be so quick to bow your head. I expect the rabble to bow. [It was an inflection of moderated respect. Whether or not he complained, what Gilgamesh saw of Lee's progress was still impressive.]

(OOC: Also, Gilgamesh is going to blow up a mountain and harvest its insides for delicious ore and baseline chemicals and just sort of dropping it on Lee's door.)

[He lifts his head quickly. He's generally not so humble but this is a god he's talking to and the last thing he needs is to tick him off. He definitely makes a mental note of his actions and not repeat it. If only he knew the mental thought that went along with Gilgamesh's words. He pushes his nervousness aside and sticks to the issues.]
