What moron's in charge of the machine that's bringing in the new people. It's like they decided to say the hell with trying to win this war, we're just going to keep throwing bodies at it till something works.

Anyway. Back to normal, blah blah. I'd apologize for what an asshole I grow up to be, but I can't really remember too much of what he did [ He's lying. ], so there's not much point. Just be glad I'm back to my regular charming self.

You're gonna tone down the slurs around her though, applicable as they may or may not be.

That said--hurt her, and you're gonna get intimately acquainted with something else. Namely, my fist. She's been disappointed by guys often enough lately as it is.

As for the advice you were asking for... she's a wild one, so don't be boring by taking her out for dinner or something, but that doesn't mean she can't be romantic. She likes compliments and a guy that's being attentive as much as any other girl. So, pay attention, and let her know you're paying attention.

Oh, and buy her a drink if you can, somehow. One drink. Milkshakes are good, too, and decidedly more legal.

Do you need some? I keep telling her some booze works miracles when dating a guy, maybe she'll finally believe it. Besides, I think she'd appreciate the thrill that comes with doing something forbidden, even if it's minor like this. It's part of growing up.
