[When Rose appears on the camera, there is definitely something wrong. She's standing in the center of her apartment, and is holding the Thorns of Oglogoth in her hands, the dark energies of the wands encapsulating her entire body, a sort of festering shadow that seeps and writhes off her form. She has one wand pointed forward, presumably to where the camera is, and it jostles faintly, apparently held in the air by her magic. Her expression is still pretty calm though, if somewhat annoyed.]

[She starts to speak, then hesitates, frowning at the camera, and the annoyance in her eyes gets worse.]

[She waves her other hand around some as she speaks, as if she is explaining something very important.] T'lsh a un'glo glon'a vish hys'lin stul'von 'ultp bom. V'ultkinta, tish vn'ah usl'p gr'othrs h'rp tho'ag s'hign, ths, vnp, otot. H'rugleth?

[She seems to be waiting expectantly, and then after a few moments she just makes a frustrated noise.]

[With a wave of her wand, the camera shuts off.]

[Rose will be sitting at her kitchen table looking through her phone when Roxy gets there. And still quite grimdark.]

[Knock knock!

The door seems to be unlocked, so she opens it just enough to call through the gap.]

Rose? Can I come in? [It's surprising how difficult it is to remember to say Rose and not Mom.]

[She calls out as she glances up, which is probably a yes at this point. And then she stands, setting her phone aside for the moment. Huh. Teenage ectomom...]

So... I'm guessing using the Voldy-wands turned out to be an idea that was not so great, huh?

[A hesitant smile, she's keeping her distance for now, honestly it's a little creepy.]

[Rose doesn't remember that conversation, and is only minimally aware of precisely who Roxy is...but after a moment she shrugs and nods.]

[Moving closer, Roxy decides to take a seat near to Rose, sighing as she looks the other girl over. This communication barrier is making things difficult.]

I'm not really sure what to say since I can't understand you? Can you type normally or does that come out in jibberish too?

[She holds up her phone to show the gibberish from one of her conversations. It makes sense to her.]

[Yuuuuup that means nothing to her]

And I thought my drunk texting was mad. Well this is.... great...?

[Rose just sighs and slumps in her seat. It's frustrating, is what it is. At least back in the session she had an idea what to do.]

Do you think there is anything I can do to help you chance back to normal?

[She has no other ideas]

[After a thoughtful moment, Rose shakes her head.]

[And then she frowns and stands up, moving to her kitchen. Maybe tea would help.]

[Roxy folds her arms onto the table, resting her chin on them. There isn't really much she can do, but she's happy to just sit here.]

There's so much weird stuff happening right now. Like, I saw Feferi and she's years older, but Eridan's younger, and some lady I've seen around before is now a little kid? They fucked something up big time.
