[The video opens to Reaver, seated in a nondescript location that is most likely his room. He leans back after a moment, looking quite pleased with himself.]
There we go! Now then, I'll cut straight to the chase; I have some questions for you all.
First, is life here always this hectic? Not that I mind a little excitement, but suddenly arriving here and then being transported to another world entirely is a bit much, even for me. And let's not forget this nonsense with the children. I haven't seen so many brats running around in years. Bloodstone certainly didn't have that many, though then again that might be because I... hmm. So, I want to know if this is commonplace for this world and if this is what I have to look forward to while I'm here.
Second, I would like information on these weapons. Yes, yes, they're sentient and can change to meet your needs or something like that. I understand that. What I want to know is why mine hasn't changed. I've been here for the better part of a month and I've seen no changes whatsoever. Surely they weren't lying to me about all this.
Finally, what can you all tell me about this "United Earth" group that we're supposedly fighting against? I don't like going into a fight without any information on my enemies, and if I must fight for the Initiative, I would like to know what we're up against. Have any of you fought them before? Any sort of information would be appreciated.
[...And if you think he's actually interested in fighting for the Initiative, you're dead wrong. Not that he'll mention that, of course!]
I suppose I should be thanking you for your time, but really, you ought to be thanking me for mine. It's not often one gets to discuss such matters with someone of my caliber. Do get back to me with any information you have; I'll be sure to make it worth your while, presuming you aren't underage.
[With that said, Reaver reaches over to turn off the device, still smirking deviously.]
(OOC: Reaver has a permissions post over here regarding his... flirtatious nature. Please fill it out if you don't want him hitting on your character(s)!)

video;
It does take some time for the weapons to grow in power, some of them far slower than others. You have to use it constantly to actually see the results right away.
[ a flick of his fingers, the rather organic-looking rings catching the light. ] As for the United Earth, think of people all made out of the same cloth, all with the same thoughts and drugged tot he point of not having their own will and used as so much sheep by their government, and you might be close to knowing what they are. This place is much freer even if it seems so closed compared to what your world may have had.
Any other questions?
video;
You certainly seem to know a good deal about this world. Are you from here?
