[ So maybe an hour or so after everyone's return to Exsilium, some might have noticed it started snowing. Probably even more noticed when said snow quickly turned into a full on blizzard, covering everything in a thick layer snow in a matter of minutes. After an hour of letting the blizzard rage on, the culprit finally reveals himself.
Jack turns on the feed, squinting into the camera before quickly pulling back a little when he realizes it's on. He's leaning back against a wall, staff resting on his shoulder and he opens his mouth to speak when suddenly the screen grows blurry with a soft crackling sound. The screen goes dark for a moment then as Jack hurriedly wipes the frost away while muttering darkly under his breath. When the camera focuses again, the communicator is placed somewhere low and Jack's crouched down instead.
He raises one hand and waves sheepishly. ]
Hey. Since it seems a lot of people can hear and see me which wow, still unbelievable, I figured I should give this thing a try. For those who can't ... this will probably be a really weird video. Oh well!
[ He shrugs and the previous uncertain expression disappears in favor of a grin. ]
For those that can hear and see me, hi. I'm Jack Frost and I come bearing gifts. The heat back there was bad enough, but I can't say I was feeling up for all that dreary rain again, so ... [ He flips the device, showing the big snowflakes that are now gently drifting down from the sky. ]
Have some snow. [ A pause and he moves back into view. ]
I also wanted to thank everyone who helped me back in the desert, you all kind of saved my life. You too, guy who kept leaving glasses of water. So yeah, thanks. [ Wow, awkward much? But he obviously means it sincerely and the awkward is replaced with excitement again soon enough when he gestures to the snow-covered courtyard behind him. ]
Now, everyone should come out and have a little fun!

Is there a man in the moon, here...?
no subject
I don't know if he's here too, it's kinda hard to tell when he never speaks back.
no subject
Unless you mean you tried already.
no subject
No, I haven't I didn't think he— You're right, he could be! Won't know until we try, right?
no subject
...How do you talk to a man in the moon, anyway? Do you just... shout up at him?
no subject
And yeah, that's right. He never replied to me, but he has spoken with my friends before.

So you'll have to wait until nighttime? When the moon comes out? Can I come with you when you try?
no subject
Of course you can! The clouds tend to block it out, but if we fly above them, that should be no problem. We can try it out tonight.

no subject
In the mean time, you should come try out the snow.

I still think I'll drown. Or get lost and freeze.

Okay. Maybe. Where are you?

[video -> action]
[ IT ONLY TAKES HIM LIKE, YOU KNOW, AN HOUR. if jack's still around, he might see a tiny little speck carefully stepping through the snow. and swearing because HE HAS NO SHOES AND IT IS COLD. ]
[action]
So when he finally spots the tiny speck, he quickly crouches down and offers his hand so ctsv can step out of the snow. Although his hand isn't exactly much warmer, but whatever. ]
Hey there, little guy. Thanks for coming out here.
no subject
You're welcome. [ YOU'RE WELCOME THAT HE'S BLESSED YOU WITH HIS PRESENCE, THAT IS ] So can you just make snow? Or can you do other things too?
no subject
Oh, I can do other things too. Just think of anything winter and you've got it.
no subject
He takes a moment to nestle himself into a fold of Jack's shirt, gathering some protection against the temperature that way. ]
What about hail? Can you do hail? [ He squints at Jack. ] Don't actually do hail, though.
no subject
Now they have a nice vantage point over the area. ]
Of course! Hail is ice and I can do anything with ice.
no subject
Um... an ice age? Can you bring an entire ice age? [ SQUINT, THE RETURN. ] Don't actually do that either.
no subject
Never tried that before. If the conditions are right, I probably could, but I can't really beat the sun as is.
no subject
Wait... [ ctsv pulls up folds of Jack's jacket and nestles himself a little deeper into it. DANG IT IS COLD. ] If there's a man in the moon, is there one in the sun, too?
