[ The face in the feed here is kind of the face Vanadi had presented at the Masquerade ball, with makeup over his scar and black hair dye. Except this time there's no need for dye in that full, long black hair, and his perfectly unblemished complexion seems a little better-fed.

He also has no idea where he is and who he's addressing with this thing, but hey, when has that ever stopped him? ]

Charming place, really. The decor isn't bad, for a human establishment. But this... [ He lifts his red mask into sight, one fine black eyebrow cocked at it. ] The owner of this is welcome to pick it up at any time he or she likes. It's not bad, I suppose, but really, it's not quite a match to kitrian style.

And if it isn't yours, you're welcome to pretend it is as an excuse to see yourself over. Some drinks, a few CDs, and this place could be considerably receptive to a good time! Ah- [A pause, chest raising a little higher than usual, his breath a bit bigger than what he normally pulls in. Soon he feels another small smile, fingers going to curl hair behind an ear again.]

Of course I won't mind. I find your company extremely pleasing.

What, only pleasing? My, but it sounds like I wasn't doing my job right.

[His jaw tightens, gritting his teeth. Wow Vanadi. Stop now, geeze.]

Mm, but don't worry! I can change that. I've been hearing about silver hair and an older self— this me is considerably more lively.

Actually, speaking of— how old are you? Was there a great difference in our ages?

I'm fairly young for my caste and in comparison to you. I believe, with how the time conversion works, I'm between um- [Hand to chin, pause.]

Fifteen to sixteen years of age.

Well, I was fourteen in my first relationship, so I suppose that's not all that bad... but still quite risque, if I were much older!

Well, then I'll be there shortly.

[ and he actually means shortly, for once! in about ten minutes there's a knock at the door, and a unbuttoned-shirt-Vanadi (gotta show off that well-toned chest, okay) waits decently patiently in the hallway. ]

[Oh, unbuttoned shirt. He'll just stare down at him for a moment before finally moving out of the way of the door when he opens it. His grey cheeks are flushed a little blue and he's a bit fidgety. It's... odd, Vanadi is still Vanadi, but he's different, it almost feels, blasphemous in some way, like he's not staring at his own matesprit but someone else. Perhaps that's what's leading him to be more nervous than usual.]

[ Oh, taller than expected. He smiles up at him, brushes long hair over a shoulder, and invites himself to step in. ]

Mm, I suppose the horn isn't so bad in person. [ His step in brings him well into Equius's personal space. ] How long have we been dating, then?

[musclebeast]

I- [A flush, his face turning a little blue.] I admit, it's a little difficolt to asses the exact amount of time with your particular person- [Tenses a bit, not moving from how close Vanadi gets.]

Atleast a human month.

[ More than enough time for them to become comfortable with each other, then. This nervousness must just be because he's used to the old, silver haired, boring Vanadi. He smiles, cocks his head. ]

Well, aren't you going to kiss me hello?

[musclebeast]

[Vanadi was hardly boring, and he certainly was easier to pity than Vandi's current- seemingly limitless- confidence now. But Equius is rather taken of course and smiles as he leans down and pushes into a soft kiss. Hands still at his sides of course.]

[ How in the world did he manage to end up dating someone that goes for soft kisses? Vanadi goes along with it for a few seconds, then lays both hands against his chest to simultaneously push back and lean back. ]

I certainly hope that's not it.

I- [A deep breath.] I can't be to foal- ah, forceful. [He would, but, he doesn't think Vanadi even has metal parts right now to buffer the strength in his grip... Ugh, he hates situations that blatantly point out the problems with how strong he is.]
