Nice to see you all.

[After Shu's self introduction there was an awkward silence lingering in the air.  The silence made him assume he messed up somehow. Shu's  completely nervous about showing his face to the network.  ]

Um.

[At this point he'd pretty much be okay with saying anything as long as it filled in the silence and didn't make him look bad. Here goes nothing.]

Does anyone here want to play a word game? 

The rules are easy.  All you have to do is take the last letter of a word and make a new word with it.  

For example "Happy"  ends in "Y" so you can only pick words that start with "Y". A word like "Yard" would work well I guess.

There's a couple more rules but they're simple. You're only allowed to pick nouns and you can't repeat words that were said already.  That's all.

Is anyone interested?

I'll use one of your examples and we can go with household objects. Sound good?

There's no need to apologize. I actually enjoy the game; I'm just not in the mood to play it right now.

Not always. The thing is I used to ignore people who needed help all the time before. Somethings about me changed.

Then I just thought that I could do more than stand by and watch things happen. Is that weird?

A simple "yes" would have sufficed.

[Shu tends to ramble on when he gets nervous. It's one of his bad habits to just go on about things. ]

In that case the answer is yes.
